Overview
AKUSENSE ring type metal falling detection sensors adopt inductive sensing technology, designed for high-speed detection and counting of small metal parts falling through the ring hole. Available in multiple inner diameters from 5.5mm to 22.5mm, with knob-type sensitivity adjustment and red LED status indicator, they deliver stable and reliable detection for tiny metal objects down to 0.4mm. Featuring IP67 enclosure rating and built-in multiple protection circuits, they are widely used in automatic feeding, assembly, packaging and fastener production lines. Sample testing, bulk order inquiry and matching technical guidance are all supported.

How to Select
- Select series by workpiece size
Choose the inner diameter slightly larger than your metal workpiece; refer to the min. sensing object parameter to ensure detection reliability. - Select output type by control system
– NPN sinking output → choose N suffix models
– PNP sourcing output → choose P suffix models
All models support normally open / normally closed switching. - Select connection type by installation
– Quick connection and replacement → M12 connector type (E suffix)
– Fixed installation, long wiring → 2m pre-wired cable type (R suffix)
