AKUSENSE label detection sensors adopt U-type through-beam design, available in photoelectric and ultrasonic sensing versions for high-speed label presence and gap detection on packaging and labeling lines. With ultra-fast response time, high repeat accuracy and IP65 enclosure rating, they deliver stable performance in high-speed labeling, packaging, printing and automation production scenarios. Sample testing, bulk orders and matching technical guidance are all supported.

NPN sinking → N suffix; PNP sourcing → P suffix; flexible switching → NP model - Select fork size by installation
Small labels & narrow gaps → 2/3mm fork; deep installation → 3.2mm fork with 69mm depth
