Overview
AKUSENSE ESE-DWS50 color detection sensors adopt photoelectric diffuse sensing technology with an RGB 3-color light source (Red 625nm / Green 525nm / Blue 470nm), delivering reliable color and contrast detection over a long sensing range of 30-500mm. Dual detection modes are supported: contrast mode with 0.16ms response (3000Hz) and color mode with 0.2ms response (2500Hz). Equipped with a 4-digit orange display, one-button sensitivity adjustment and selectable 1-9999ms timing function (hysteresis), the sensor provides flexible on-site tuning for complex production lines. Built with a rugged aluminum housing and IP66 rating, it resists dust, water jets and strong ambient illumination, ensuring stable performance in harsh industrial environments. NPN and PNP output versions are both available.

How to Select
- Select output type by control system
PNP sourcing output → ESE-DWS50P; NPN sinking output → ESE-DWS50N. - Select detection mode by application
