Overview

AKUSENSE MQ Series Digital Pressure Sensor is a compact digital air pressure switch with LED display for pneumatic, vacuum and low-pressure industrial measurement. It offers two pressure ranges: a low-pressure type from -101.3 to 101.3 kPa (compound / vacuum to positive) and a high-pressure type from -0.101 to 1.0 MPa. A 4-digit + 4-digit 3-color LED clearly shows current pressure and set values, while output options cover NPN / PNP switching, 4~20mA current, 1~5V voltage and RS485 communication for direct PLC / controller connection. The M5 / R1/8 threaded, IP40 plastic housing is compact (30×30×21.3 mm) and suits pneumatic systems, pick-and-place, vacuum handling and general factory automation. Sample test and bulk procurement are supported.

How to Select

1. Select pressure range by application
   Low-pressure type (-101.3~101.3 kPa) for vacuum, negative and low positive pressure; high-pressure type (-0.101~1.0 MPa) for standard pneumatic supply.
2. Select output by control system
   NPN / PNP switching for direct load or PLC input; 4~20mA / 1~5V analog for continuous pressure reading; RS485 for bus communication.
3. Confirm thread and fluid
   M5 internal / R1/8 external thread; use only on clean, non-corrosive, non-flammable gas per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4].
4. Adjust response time
   Choose 2~2000 ms according to process speed; faster response for high-speed switching, slower for stable reading.
